Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Good value
I was a bit wary about buying this as I've not always had much luck with third party controllers. Like the previous reviewer I bought this to play gamecube games on my Wii, as well as Wii games which support a gamecube controller, such as Mariokart. So far howver, I have been very happy with it. It is a good size, nice and light, and the buttons respond well. A bargain!

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good but small!
I bought this for playing Gamecube games on my Wii. In general I'm really pleased with it:

Pros:

- Well made, strong build quality
- Grips are good, and the buttons feel positive (if you hit them, they respond immediately)
- Wireless works perfectly - you just have to plug the receiver into the console, switch the controller on, and when the red light stops blinking, it is connected). I've been using it over a range of about 5 meters, and the wireless doesn't lose signal or cut out.

Cons

- The biggest problem is that the console is really small! Great for people with small hands, but a touch on the small size for everyone else.
- I found that the grips and the buttons are a tad too close together - I can still use it, and it doesn't harm gameplay too much, but its a bit uncomfortable after a while.
- No batteries (I bought some AAA rechargables, which cost me £5, so you have to factor in that cost, plus the cost of a memory card (about £10 for 64mb), as you can't use the Wii's internal memory or the SD card to save progress on Gamecube games).

In summary - good, perfect for Gamecube games if you don't want to get tangled up with wires or if you want to play games more than 3 meters away from your TV. Also, bear in mind that you can't use the Wii's Classic Controller for Gamecube games, and that Nintendo's own "Wavebird" wireless controller costs about £30 and is now very hard to find.
