- Fun and Motivating
I brought this DVD because I love to dance and I am so bored by conventional exercising such as running.
I have to say this DVD is so much fun and Deanne is great, I went from not exercising at all to exercising 4 days a week, I alternate this DVD with pump it up-high energy to get maximum results and I look much better and feel great, my body is tighter and firmer than ever and I have loads more energy than I used to.
I like the way that if I don't have much time I can create a shorter workout, I also think that the dance moves are quite easy to pick up, and anyway who cares if you don't get them straight away, at least its in the privacy of your own home.
All in all, I would say this is a must have DVD for anyone's exercise collection.

Dont get me wrong i love this work out its really good high energy makes you sweat and the sountrack is awesome very motavational but if you are not a trained dancer you will initially struggle with the moves but it gets easier and is really good fun you can split up the workout as its done in sections depending on your time but the ful work out is about and hour and 15 mins so not impossible.11 and i know its working as it made me sweat which is somrthing that all dvds cannot claim ENJOY!!!!!

I bought this DVD a few weeks ago despite all the negative reviews on the attire and manner of the cast. Frankly that's rubbish - the vast majority of exercise DVDs have the same costume department and who cares - it's no more revealing than wearing a bikini and well honestly isn't that the goal of most folk who buy this? Now i'm a size 16 and have never ever worn a bikin nor am i like to any time soon, and i couldn't care less what the cast of Pump it up are or are not wearing. The only relevant point is that this is a great workout, it really gets the blood flowing and will keep you coming back long after you've grown bored of the likes of the hotpants workout which is short and sweet but after a week i was certainly ready for more and after two of three weeks i wasn't feeling the burn so much - well i certainly am now and it feels great. The chill always leaves me feeling calm and well stretched out - BUY THIS DVD and you won't regret it, unless you had a sense of humour bypass at the same time!

Imagine an hour long version of the Call on me video and you won't be far wrong. Good standard workout, but more fun to watch than your average B list celebrity workout. Easy to navigate to lengthen or shorten your workout, and soundtrack by Ministry of Sound is great.

This is a brilliant DVD suitable for all levels of fitness, the movements are not too complicated to follow. There are two different dance sections, one is more salsa type moves and the high energy section will really work you hard. I definately reccomend this one I have been using it since January twice a week and Im not bored of it at all. The music is great too.
