A fantastic piece of kit, i have rated it as 3 stars in the educational section as it teaches you patience, co-ordination, commitment, fine motor skills and attention to detail.
I am still in the middle of doing mine which i received as a 20th birthday present and i am feeling a great sense of achievement for being able to sit down and do something i never thought i would be able to do as usually i can't sit still for 5 seconds.
For ship fanatics the detail included in the model itself is well worth a look as a lot of time and thought has been spent over this particular kit.
A must for ship fanatics, model kit experts or for someone simply wanting to feel a great sense of pride during and after building the kit.
The only thing i could possibly say to doubt this product is there are five paints not included in the kit which you may wish to purchase if you want to spend a little extra time added the very fine detail in. It was slightly disappointing to have to but these separately and have to wait until they arrived for me to continue, otherwise well worth it.
