Sound quality is just as good a top quality Sennheiser headphone with a cord but be prepared for a background hiss as you wonder around different rooms. But once you have the transmitter in the right spot (preferably well above floor level) you get excellent audio quality. I'm now really enjoying all my old classical and jazz CDs, listening to all the new musical detail I really missed from a set of good speakers. The phones are very comfortable so no problems on that front.

Small apartment and shared spaces mean occasional disagreements over TV use - more often than not, how loud/violent the programme on the telly is, or gunfire erupting during bouts of XBox playing. These headphones are the solution. Easy installation, comfortable to wear, great sound quality (even better than the TV speakers). The price equates nicely to the quality of the product - they don't feel cheap and the sound quality is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.
Another thought on using them: the audio jack fits your MP3 player and then you can wonder the house/apartment if desired (but you'll look a bit goofy).
The external third-party seller (hughesdirect) used by Amazon for my purchase (yours may differ) did a great job shipping them out fast. Highly recommended.

I use these headphones primarily at my computer which in turn I use for watching films, web browsing, working, music etc.
I have not read all the other reviews but am surprised to see that no one has noted the most irritating feature of these headphones:
If you leave them on with no signal coming in for more than a minute or two, they start "seeking" for a signal. This begins with a drop from the nice, clean channel to radio static, this is then promptly followed by a succession of 5 or 6 really, really loud and agravating beeps as the headphones search for an input signal.
Take for example basic web browsing. Maybe you listen to a clip on Youtube or Amazon, then get sidetracked by some written text - if you have not given the earphones a signal within a minute or two, these extremely loud beeps will blast into your space! It becomes so annoying that I have thrown my headphones off across the room at times. If you leave them idle for too long, they shut down which is just as irritating.
Abstractly, this may seem a small point but just you wait, you will be smashing them on your desktop just to get them to shut up every few minutes they beep in your ear!
Who needs yet another over-thought device to add yet more stress to your life? Earphone time is supposed to be relax time!
PS - when running, they are fine.

Im a bit of a late night movie buff so decided to get a pair of wireless headphones for my flat screen LCD tv,I went on Which website and these were highly recommended .When they arrived I charged them up on their rather nifty cradle ,sorted out the correct channel for good sound and bobs your aunties goldfish superb set of headphones Buy German!

The RS130 headphones are great.
I've got them plumbed into the line-out socket on a DAB radio and the sound is excellent.
Great bass and no hiss!
Headphone ear foams cleanly cover the ears could be worn for hours with no discomfort.
A little plasticy, but this keeps the headphones nice and light.
