- Possibly the best £3 you'll ever spend!!!
During my search for an adaptor that would allow me to play my I-Pod through the cassette deck in my car I stumbled across this little device from Scoobee and I must admit my first impressions weren't great. It looked cheap and I thought to myself that's never gonna work but then I read the reviews and thought - what the hell, for £3 I'll give it a go and I'm so glad I did. You can't ask for more from such a small outlay - yes it does look pretty cheap and nasty but the sound quality it provides through the cassette deck totally took me by surprise and the retractable cable is a nice touch too. I 100% recommend this product to anyone who wants to enjoy listening to the contents of their I-Pod through their tape deck and my compliments go out to Scoobee for making such a qulity product for such a reasonable price.

This thing works well with my very cheap basic MP3 player to let me listen in the car. The price is excellent and the sound is fine. It's not the most sturdily-built device, especially the wires look a bit flimsy where the join the main casing, but if you have it slotted in permanently into your car stereo you should be OK.

It does the job! Sounds great (though you may need to fiddle with bass/treble settings at first). A little bit of noise from the cassette unit but this might be my old car - once the volume is reasonable in the car it's not a problem!
I especially like the retractable cable gizmo on this adaptor - very nifty! Easy to store in my glovebox with no cables to get tangled up.
Bargain price - quality exceeds the low price tag!

Was going on a shortish car-based holiay. Just purchased the ipod. Too many varied reports on the itrip and other FM transmitter. Came across this...what narm, I thought on 'splashing out' on this item? Super quick delivery and it WORKS. Simple as that. Leave the ipod at 80% voluime, then let the car stereo do the rest. Simple.
