I love house music and anything with bass. So clearly I need headphones with can supply this.
I have found the in ear-buds are the best way of doing this. I was an avid Phillips user and have had 2 pairs and they are fabulous, more pricey than these around £20 but so much better. These are terrible they provide bass, but not rich deep bass like others have stated. You will hear bass but not 'experience' it so to speak.
I would strongly urge spend more and get some Phillips headphones.

I bought these to go with my Samsung YP-P2 mp3 as the ones that came with it (while good) kept falling out of my ears.
I was unpacking these whilst receiving an ear bashing from the girlfriend and in between 'Yes dear, no dear' I thought the time was right to try them out. Wow, I couldnt hear a thing apart from the tune I was listening to. No external noise at all, these really do block all noise out. The clarity is very good and the bass is amazing too. If you are after some good earphones then I would really recommend these for the price. Just make sure you get a good fit in your ear and try the different buds that come with it. Oh and make sure you remember your Green Cross Code while out wearing these as cars hurt when you cannot hear them and they run into you! Enjoy

i have had these headphones for about a month now. i bought them from a company who has re-furbished them. they were being sold at 1.99. i hesitated to buy them but now i am in bass heaven. even though re-furbished they were still worth at least £10.
good points about these headphones:
- definitely noise reduction i have a 4 year old brother who enjoys running around the house screaming his head off yet when i have these headphones plugged into my laptop even at low volumes i cannot hear his high pitched screaming.
- the bass is BRILLIANT. the 1 star reviewers either have a faulty product or don't know how to use them properly. if you want to see the quality of bass (although this isn't comfortable) and you have basic headphones then push the headphones down into your ears and you can hear the bass improvement.
- perfect design. although i do understand these are definitely a rip off of the Sennheiser CX300 they are still brilliant and perfect length.
negative points about these headphones:
- as all other in ear noise canceling headphones they hurt a little for about the first week of use but its worth getting used to.
overall (although i haven't tried any other headphones of this genre) i would still greatly advise buying these headphones they are unbelievably good for the price and even come with different size buds.

Everything these reviews say about good quality sound are spot on and the fact they fit so tight in your ear cancels out so much background noise.
However, I find that they create quite a lot of suction in your ear which isnt too nice when you put them in and more imporantly, because they are inner-ear headphones you get noise from movement in the cable.
Sitting here now in the office using them is fine, but on the train when the headphone cable rubs on my coat, you keep hearing wooshing noises. It's not that they are faulty - the noise isnt anything electrical, its simply the vibrations on the cable.
Overall, pretty good but I wouldnt buy them again.

These phones appear identical to Sennheiser CX 300s, so have an excellent pedigree.
Does anyone know if they are actually the same?
