- Nice game!
I didn't quite know what to expect from this game. I was really surprised as I could hardly put down the controller! I haven't read the book or seen the film but the game looked interesting so I bought it. The graphics are very good, albeit a tad glitchy in places, the music was nice and added to the atmosphere and the storyline and voice acting was good too. I enjoyed the battles and the puzzles were varied. You really didn't know if you were going to get a hard one or an easy one. I'm very glad I bought this game!

Having read very mixed reviews of this game I decided to buy it anyway as I enjoyed the book and the film of the same name.I'm glad I did as it is a game that has several challenging moments that give you a real buzz when you solve the latest puzzle.
There is no getting away from the fact that this game can be very frustrating as some of the puzzles are very difficult to solve and you have to constantly look back at your notes to try and find a solution.I got stuck badly once(in Westminster)and found the solution on the web.I was really angry with myself because I would have sorted it by anyhow if I had been more patient and that is the key to this game.....patience!!!
Some of the graphics are fabulous and walking around the Louvre and Rosslyn Chapel was a real treat as I am lucky enough to have been there.What I definitely didn't like about this game was the combat which although not difficult when you have mastered it,becomes very tedious very quickly.
Still,this was a game I enjoyed.It isn't easy at all and it will try your patience many times.But stick with it and feel quite clever as you solve yet another problem.It's pretty educational too.

The recomended age group for this game is 12+, but there can't be many twelve year olds that would have the academic ability to solve the majority of puzzles included in this game. It has stuck largely to the book, with some variations to make the game more enjoyable. To anyone who has not read the book, the puzzles would be incredibly difficult as, although they do not follow exactly the same answers that are present in the book, they are very relevant to the storyline.
Some long speeches included that are relevant to solving the puzzles, but are also dull and cannot be skipped through which makes it seem very long winded at points. Despite these weak points however, I am thoroughly enjoying the game as it has good content, the puzzles are difficult and tease tease the brain.
I recommend this game to anyone who likes solving word puzzles and has a high patience level!

Yes it is like the book and film but this game isn't even fun. You spend hours working out puzzles and riddles in churches and museums. Very difficult and boring. Sound is good but who cares when its that bad. If you are a fan of Dan Brown's book then by all means get this game.

Loved the book and the movie - so the game was a must.
My wife and I played this for hours - there is so much to do, puzzles, fighting, clue-hunting. Almost something for everyone.
You do need to keep a pencil and paper handy to write a few clues from time to time but they are all available on screen. And the save points are only in certain places - but usually just after a hard section or solved puzzle.
Kind of follows the plot of the book/film but is different in many ways. This is a great game and we loved playing it.
