I bought one of the old ones last year and it was amazing and for christams my friend got this one but in white and it was amazing. Great Graphics and great game play!
If i was you i would buy one right now!

All other portable consoles seem like chess to this. what is the point of making them. The PSP slim and lite has out classed the original and out classed all other portable devices. You can even get satnavs now for PSP! FANTASTIC!!!

In the past I did own the original PSP. This unit was thicker, heavier and the battery life left a lot to be desired. The Slim & Light is what the PSP should of been when it was first released. It's alot lighter and slimer than the Mk1 version. The battery life is so much better and lasts a hell of alot longer. Also now that Storage has become alot cheaper then the PSP is really the machine to go for if you want to watch films and play games on the move. I agree it's still big for just a music player and would find it hard to recommend for this use. But to watch films it's excellent, mainly down to the screen size. The Mk2 version does feel alittle cheaper in build quality but you soon forget this as the added features make up for this. The bottom line is if you travel alot and want to watch films and play games on the move, then this is the machine to go for, full stop!
You can get a DS lite for games, but there's only so much Brain training you can do.

Brought this PSP, and both GTA Vice City and GTA Liberty City two days ago. Haven't been able to put it down. The WiFi is excellent, the graphics on both GTAs are superb. The new PSP is ALOT lighter than the old model, and the screen is ALOT better. I recommend you buy the new model.
