- Up there with Phoenix Nights!
The most original and best comedy since Peter Kays Phoenix Nights. Excellent cast, strong characters and great story lines and dialogue. In years to come they will still be talking about this one. Up there with the very best.
Rating: - The funniest show for a long long time
I have never enjoyed watching a programme quite as much as this. Every single character is hilarious in their own way...my favourite has to be Bryne the uncle...the scene where he is driving his car using his sat nav and every time the sat nav says 'turn right' etc, he says 'thank you very much' in that brilliant welsh accent...enough to make me smile even thinking about it now!! And the scene where is he singing really loud to James Blunt...haha!! Comedy gold!!
Rating: - Totally lush, cracking, amazing
Brilliant, so funny, especially Ruth Jones as Nessa. If you are Welsh you'll get something extra from this series. If you are from Essex you will too. But anyone who doesn't find this funny must be from Mars. Great story, great one-liners, great acting. Look out for Matt Lucas in the wedding fayre.

This whole dvd was brilliant. They had us laughing from the very start and left us gutted when the last episode finished. Canny wait for a 2nd series. A must have comedy.
