Electronics : Samsung YP-T10JQB/XEU - Touchscreen MP3 Player With Video And Bluetooth - 2Gb

I don't normally do this but I find I am more and more taking note of customer reviews in my buying decisions so its only fair to contribute.
1 The T10 looks great and is just a feel good piece of kit.
2 The unit does smudge from fingerprints but this is easy to wipe off.
3 The user interface is a touch panel of 7 buttons that is better for people with smaller fingers than mine but no great problems merely a slight annoyance.
4 Really easy to use and hooks up with Windows media player with no problems. Haven't bothered to use supplied Samsung Software to date. The user interface is really quite intuitive and I have rarely needed to refer to the supplied manual on the software cd supplied.
5 I only use my T10 for music and speech but the supplied video's and pictures look good on the screen.
6 The sound quality on audio files is very good, I am impressed that such a small neat unit can pack such a quality and volume punch.
7 The FM radio is ok but you have to have be in a good reception area but what do you expect from such a small unit. Bearing that in mind sound quality is great.
8 Niggles - None really: the interface is quite sensitive so if I forget to lock the unit before putting it my pocket it is likley to accept random keystrokes. My fault really as locking the unit is dead easy just sliding up the slide down on/off switch on the side.
9 Regrets - I bought the 2Gb version and I wish I'd got the bigger 4 GB version.
10 Overall - very pleased.

excellent piece of equipment superb sound quality would fully recomend already have kp3 but this is even better one problem was cellophane packaging ripped and item not secured correctly in presentation case but still happy with quality and also delivery time very prompt this item was for a family member and they are not at all dissapointed

This samsung mp4 player is great. It works fine with vist and xp. It comes with music software and software to convert videos and photos.The touch buttons work very well, you can change the menu style, background, and font. It has bluetooth built in. It comes neatly presented in a box like an ipods. Very clear screen. It charges quickly and has lots of battery life.

bought from curry's, they were the only store that displayed the samsung players charged so that you could tinker with them. Tested this and the K3 as i was looking for a player at the <£100 mark with 4gb. both were good and the k3 looked sleeker, BUT, i though the T10 had a better handling on the percussion and has the plus of movie capability. it was also 15 pounds less than the k3. First thing i did was to turn off sammy, and things was upwards from there. the fm radio was decent and it was easy to transfer files using windows media player. though you have to make sure you have xp or vista to run the drivers. linus have yet to write the mpt. It is light and fits comfortably in the palm, i don't find the touchscreen a problem, and prefer it to having knobs that fall off. it charges off usb, and most users suggest you buy a usb wall charger. It does arrange songs by alphabetical order, but you can create playlists on your pc which the player will pick up when it syncs. So far it has been a month and I am relishing it. Small niggling points, is that the on button feels cheap and a bit loose, and I preferred the display on the k3. Overall pleased with my buy (so far)
