Comments: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Another "lost in the post, but we'll send you a replacement" which never came, they then said they'd issue a refund, but never did then started ignoring my mails. Eventually had to file a claim with Amazon to sort it out.

Comments: Do not use these people, they are totally useless. I ordered a DVD which was allegedly "lost in the post", then they had no stock so couldn't replace the DVD, then agreed to credit my credit card but didn't, and haven't bothered answering my e-mail dated 23rd September. I reordered the DVD from a reputable company and it arrived the next day. My fight for a refund will continue.
