Comments: Appauling service via So Baby, No reply to e-mail for a week, cannot ring them as their phones state the same message - "mail box full" and we never received the goods. Amazon were slow to help us, eventually requested a refund to shop elsewhere. Will NEVER use a company through Amazon again, and would not recommend it at all. DISGUSTED WITH AMAZON AND SO BABY
