. The Summoning (Darkest Powers 1)by: Kelley Armstrong July 03, 2008 I was looking forward to reading this new offering, however the goods failed to deliver. The characters and the plot are just pale versions of those found in her ealier books, which are way way much better than this. I supose if you've never read any of Kelley Armstrongs books then you might find this interesting. However compared to Bitten, Stolen or Industrial Magic it's just boring and transparent. I'm still hopefully for the other books coming out soon, but at the moment I'm not so eager to read them. Such a shame. |
