It plugs & plays straight out of the box with no fuss or mess - just a couple of cables to connect. My PC and XBOX 360 were both online within 10 mins. Even when i did have a slight problem (my own fault for not looking at what i had already connected!) I used the Free 24/7 Helpline and was dealt with by friendly, knowledgable staff & was back rolling in no time. [ Have the 4.2 version 12/2008 ] Highly Recommended. |
