What I love about these phones is the blended approach of the sound and the physical design of the earpieces, which result in something that's really a cut above your regular in-ear ten quid jobs you pick up from Currys each time your cable wears thin / you leave your headphones on the tube, etc. What they do is bring together the sound into a gorgeous and rich whole. What you don't get is the thumping base, piercing treble and headache-inducing mid-tones of most "high spec" in-ear phones that almost split your music into too many disparate sections.
