. Fire Emblem (GBA)from: Nintendo July 16, 2004 My son Josh (aged 7 3/4) and I (a bit older) both love this game. Josh even prefers it to Pokemon currently which is saying something. I bought the game just before Christmas, and since Josh appropriated it from me, most of his Christmas presents haven't had much of a look in yet (Santa will not be happy!). The battles are the main element of the game. The battles can be quite challenging to win without losing any of your team. You really do get to care about your team so we often find ourselves repeating a chapter several times (or more) to avoid losing anyone. You act as the strategist for the team.
