First off I'm not a major fan of RPG's in general but this game ranks as one of the best. It's simple combat, varied magic spells and great atmosphere means that you can get into this game really easily and yet its fun all the way through. It never gets dull while you play it through. I say 'while you play it through' because once you've completed it you may wait a while before you do it again properly. But there in lies the charm, you don't have to. Even when you've completed the game you can use your saved characters in a newly started game (choosing from 3 difficulty levels) and level them up even more.
