Capable of storing 55 moviesfrom: Shinco June 30, 2005 Having tired of unreliable dvdr playback on portable dvd players, decided to try this - glad I did. Instructions are a bit rubbish but its fairly intuitive, the feel of it is quite sleek, the only downside so far is that the buttons take a few clicks to work and the remote can be the same, but its bearable. Just load mp4 versions of your movies and they play really well - good quality and still good when you hook it up to your tv. I use dvdfab platinum 4 for conversion which is very good but takes about 90 mins to convert a film to mp4, then about 4 min to transfer the file.No software it just shows as an external drive and must be used with pc - it obviously doesnt play discs,but has sd/mmc/cf inputs for transfer without pc. ...
