Although it was a little irritating having to adjust the delays on the headphones (I recommend setting the delay between the front and back higher), and it did take me a week or so to actually adjust to hearing my game in 5.1, these were a breeze to set up all told - with very clear pictographic instructions for each instance (ps3, xbox 360, xbox 360 controller etc.). I also like that the cups fold up. Not for storage, in my case, but for shock absorbing capabilities when you drop your headphones hehe. But I'm sure you're not as clumsy as me...
