This product is simple and reliable - all we wanted for a landline phone. This phone has not let us down since we bought it one and a half years ago. It installed fine on our computer (which is vista, so it does actually work on vista) and best of all, it's a skype phone so it's really cheap. Firstly it is Philips so it will probably not break down for another three years (cross fingers ha ha) and it also looks very neat. Its smooth edges make it look sleek compared to all of the other phones out there and also the buttons have a good touch and they are quite big so you probably wont press in the wrong number.
