By far the Bronte sisters did not become famous for writing like the lovely romanic era of beautiful dresses, dashing men and flashy balls. The bronte sisters leaned more towards Thomas Hardys way of dipiction and this boxset certainly hits you right in the face with it... possibly even worse than Mr. Hardy himself. It is gothic, dark and overpowering but if you like your films and classics with a hit of the dark side this is the box set for you.
