Nintendo Wii Classic Controller (Wii)December 08, 2006 So I was around a friends house and I saw he had one of these snazzy controllers and I had had a bad experience with the unofficial wii gamecube controller clones (the cables are *really* short*...) so I thought I'd get one of these babies. So I've just received my order and fired up my copy of Resident Evil 1 ready for some thrills and spills and to my absolute dismay it does not work with Gamecube games. Now this I hardly believe is a technical problem I think Nintendo engineered it NOT to work because you'd get all the great cheap gamecube games and play them and not as many Wii games. Thankfully I've got a few controllers ordered off of Ebay so it's not a total wash out but I am really disappointed ... Read More: |
