It is speedy, tough, and faithful to the TV character. Admittedly traction is better on carpet than laminate, but I found it very easy to control, and had no problems with the turning circle. No, it won't turn on a dime, so you do have to practice some 3-point turns, but well, there's your educational element: spacial awareness, hand/eye co-ordination, etc. - good practice for when the kids are 17! If responsiveness, or range of remote IR signal decreases, just replace the batteries in the car (not necessarily the remote), and all should be well again. I've also found that sunlight can ...
