. Seagate FreeAgent Desktop 500GB External Hard Drive EU & UK 3,5" 7200RPM 8MB USB2.0from: Seagate February 04, 2008 Four months after buying this drive, its power supply failed. This is apparently quite a common problem with this make of drive - just Google Seagate power supply fail. No help from Seagate. No way to replace the power supply without buying *another* hard drive! I'm not buying anything else from Seagate, and I urge you not to as well: their aftercare sucks. |
