. Datel Direct Data Max PS2 Memory Card Reader (PS3)from: Datel Direct Ltd May 11, 2007 I bought this having had problems with the Competition Pro reader. The main reason for buying it was that it claims to work with the MAX memory cards. While I did manage to transfer all files from my Sony card, unfortunately the reader didn't recognise the MAX card - apparently this only happens with a small percentage, but I have read another review from someone with the same problem. Using the PS2 memory card manager I did manage to transfer the saves over - it took a while, but I have now got all of my PS2 saves on my PS3. In summary, I got there in the end, but it would have been much quicker if the reader had done what it is supposed to do. |
