. R/C Apache AH-64 4 Channel Helicopterfrom: Acme I bought one of these through Amazon as my first 4 channel helicopter. The first time I tried to fly it, it crashed as the locking collar for the top bearing was not tightened up & the bearing came out causing the shaft to flap about. Once rebuilt & properly set up, the helicopter flies quite well but there are better helicopters on the market. The Twister Hawk or the Blade CX2 are much better value for money & will fly straight out of the box. The transmitter that came with the helicopter is 40MHz which is reserved for SURFACE Models only - cars, boats, etc. So if you do buy one of these you wont be able able to fly it at the local model club. |
