. Plantronics .Audio 400 DSP Digitally Enhanced Laptop Headsetfrom: Plantronics August 18, 2008 I purchased MacSpeech Dictate 2 weeks ago and it came with the Plantronics Audio 400 DSP. It has been a disappointment that an excellent program has decided to associate with such a poor and unreliable product. I agree with the previous review that it does not fit well and slides off during use. Furthermore being foldable one expects it to be used while 'on the road' but after a few trips it stopped working. It has been inaccurate in translating speech into words. It has been a terrible disappointment and I would not recommend it definitely. |
