. Sandisk MP3 Player Sansa Clip 2Gb Bluefrom: Sandisk September 16, 2007 Bought this after reading reviews. Excellent sound, features, weight etc. Everything I read and wanted as I run. After approx 4 weeks player unexpectedley began to turn itself off with no good cause. Tried updating players firmware without positive result as well as resetting to factory settings and then eventually reformatting drive...20+ phone calls/emails to Sandisk who are based in States (you get redirected from UK number, I then had to produce photos, copies of proof of purchase, screenshots from PC of Amazon account etc, etc, etc...now over 8 weeks and it's still sitting in my drawer at home and I'm still waiting for their customer services to get in contact as my return has been accepted but now needs 'RMA approval' whatever that is..Feels ...
