Reading its own specs it said it had 5w speakers so I wasn't holding out too much hope! Just going by the price alone I was a little sceptical, but as it was a gift for my mum I thought I give it a go as I know she isn't too fussy. As it turned out not only did she love it, but I was very impressed too, it's easily on par with any good quality portable stereo CD/ Radio cassette, but it has looks to fit in with an older style house too, along with a record player to play all the old 78s on.
