Very special book, very special bear :)
Great rendition, though I must admit, I prefer having the individual books! (Maybe one day I shall have...)

I was given this book as a baby shower gift when i was pregnant with my first, and i was always referring to it as i watched my son grow up, there was always a photo or thought or moment to record or i found myself going through it and wondering 'oh i must look out for when my son....' it really helps you notice your childs development.
I decided to purchase a different book when pregnant with my 2nd child, but the book i bought just didnt compare to this one. this has everything, sections for filling in thoughts, photos prior to birth, then special moments straight after the birth, and next few years of development. i had to purchase this again! it has now been improved with even more added pages for thoughts and special moments (has ... Now We are Six (Winnie the Pooh)

Bought these editions of "When We Were Very Young" and "Now We Are Six" for my mother as it was a favourite book of hers when she was young. They are beautifully produced with the original Shepherd drawings very tastefully painted in in watercolours. Printed on pale yellow pages with a quality book binding. Overall these have a lovely feel and lovers of these rhymes will not be disappointed. I am very pleased I chose these editions and so is Mum!

Seaweed and Eat It: A Family Foraging and Cooking Adventure

Ive just recieved this book and it is so inspirational. So much so i have just got back from the beach with some winkles. Something i would never thought to do. Whilst I was at the beach I was able to identify other items to eat that I will be going back for time and time again. We will all need a beautiful book like this if food gets more expensive.
highly recommended lovely pictures and friendly interesting writing.

Now, this is a truly wonderful production. From the moment you pop the CD into your player you can tell that this edition of Winnie the Pooh was lovingly made by people who greatly admire England's favourite bear.

Stephen Fry is spot-on as Pooh, Jane Horrocks manages to make Piglet both loveable and adorably selfish, Judy Dench is a perfect Kanga and Geoffrey Palmer is a wonderful Eeyore. In fact, the entire cast does a great job. The adaptation is very true to the original, playful and sincere. The music is lovely and captures the spirit of the books admirably.

This edition of my favourite books inspired a childish joy in me. It's a work of art, beautifully crafted, as are the other three CDs in the same series. If you ... Read More:
