Once again we are presented with a book which purports to be from a Chrsitian author but which simply ignores or explains away the clear teaching of Scripture. Jeffrey John, cashing in on his notoriety, has produce a volume of little interest to any genuine follower of Jesus Christ and what he actually taught, or to anyone who seeks to base their lives on Scripture and the commands of God found therein.

The one use it has, I guess, is to demonstrate how far away from the truth someone can go and still, in this politically correct madness of a world, be regarded as an expert in their field!

Don't buy it - save your money for things of God and save your time for repentance and prayer.

Meatmen volume 25 is a worthy addition to the Meatmen series. One story featured is illustrated by the excellent talent of Oliver (Zack) Frey and for that alone, the book is worth buying. The content of these books contain homo-erotic art and if such acts offend, please do not purchase. Otherwise a highly recommended addition to any homo-erotic library containing works from Tom of Finland, Ulf and Belasco.

a collection of short BL (light yaoi) slashable manga stories dealing with angels & demons, they seem to have similar problems when it comes to relationships.
I thought it was an enjoyable read to pass the time travelling with nothing offensive if anyone looked over my shoulder >__-
I also liked the art style.

This novel works on a number of different levels: it's a love story as well as an examination of conscience and human behaviour. There's symbolism in it too: it's set during World War II, soon after Dunkirk, when Britain is marooned alone, and there is the protagonist, struggling with the two sides of his nature, trying to do the right thing but not always sure what the right thing is. In Greek myth, the human soul can be likened to two horses, one well-behaved, and one always off at a tangent, and it's the job of each person to be charioteer to their own two horses and keep them on the right track. Laurie is the charioteer of the title, struggling to be honest to himself and to his conscience.
