"Sometimes I feel happy ...sometimes I feel sad...." Your child can turn the wheel to reviel a happy then sad face. It goes one like this exploring our differences and our differing feelings. Very well drawn pictures + lots to pull/lift/turn on the pages. The last page has a feeling wheel with about 12 feelings...in its centre is an arrow that you can spin around. My 3 year old loves this book & it is very much suitable for much older children.

I'm surprised there are any negative comments about this book. My son is nearly 18 months and has been addicted to it ever since his grandparents bought it for him 4 or 5 months ago! When he "reads" it (which is most days) he has to do so about 5 times before he'll put it down. I can't comment on the price as we didn't buy it for him... As for the content though, it's true not all of the characters are featured but I don't see that as a problem. There are plenty of other ITNG books that feature other characters on the market and they're all pretty fairly priced. I highly recommend it as a gift or a great addition to your toddler's book shelf.

Eric Hill, the author of this book, has become very well known for his `Spot' series which were started in the early 1980's. Spot is also known as `the World's Favourite Puppy' as he is an all time favourite Pre School character and probably will forever be.

A wonderful and fun introduction to counting for younger children. Done in typical Dr Seuss style - short rhymes, colourful pictures and the added element of a lift flap will make it a favourite. Since I came across this new series about a month ago, my 3yr old has become really interested in these books and wants to read them every day - usually more than once!!

My 3 year old loves this book....we only received it a few weeks ago and have read it over 25 times already. The illustrations are great and the book and pull out flaps are pretty sturdy in comparison to the other books I have bought recently. I am just about to buy the other fairy tale book in this series!

My son got this when he was about 18 months and is now 2 and a half and loves it. It was the first bok he learned to 'say' the animal noises in as he lifted the flaps to look for Jess but kept finding other animals instead. A simple book that hits its target audience perfectly.

My three year old absolutely loves this book - she spends hours playing with it. It is a book that actually turns into a beautiful playset with paper dolls included and many doors and to open and explore. I have given it as a gift several times to many compliments - very unique! A great book for the 2 year old and up set. Also great for interactive parent and child play.

I orginally bought this book as a present for my nephew but haven't been able to part with it. Each page is full of delight and fun encouraging the exploration behind all the 'pop ups'to find the answers. Although I learnt nothing new (I'm over 60) a child would find plenty to make them open their eyes and see and understand that science is all around them from baking to music. I just wish this had been available when my children were little. I can't wait to have the excuse to buy the other books in the series.

I am not sure if the subject effects the content, but this was not the best pop up book in the series.

It just did not seem as imaginative or fun as the previous books.

Still a great learning tool for children though - for fun or for reference.
