Make no mistake about this - ' Provided you don't Blink ' you should enjoy it.
The story line is ramped up so much I had to replay several sequences again as twist and turns are all over the shop.
Without a doubt the strongest story is ' Gone Part One / Part Two ' and at times its very chilling indeed.
Conchita Campbell who plays ' Maia Skouris ' is exceptional and the ' Gone ' story line revolves around her.
In fact this story gets to the whole heart of the complete series
This episode reinforces the "ripple effect" and when you think about it - you really have to wonder if this ever became ' Science Fact ' then there is great danger in playing God.

The chickens are tired of life on the farm, and fed up with being eaten when they get too old to produce eggs. They hatch various plans to escape , but none succeed. Then Rocky the Rooster (voiced by Mel Gibson) lands among them, and they think that he can fly and will help them to escape. But can he really fly?
This film is very amusing and the children love it. I enjoy it too. I do however always find myself rather cynically wondering (at the end of the film, when they have escaped to their life of freedom), how they are going to fare the first time they encounter a fox, or when it gets cold and food is scarce and they find themselves longing for their nice warm hen-house back on the farm. Stifle such doubts, just enjoy it.

One of my favourite Sci-Fi shows - but, ignore what it says on the CD cases about commentary on some of the episodes, they aren't there for some reason... May be that they are only available on Region 1 or something, but it's kind of misleading to say they're on the Region 2 DVDs when they're not.

As the title says, if you can make your way through this series (and are either interested or entertained by the idea and plot) then the second series gets a whole lot better.
This fairly short (episode-wise) series starts with an 80 minute long Pilot in which we see the abduction of various people (from the 1930's through to 2001), followed by a skip ahead in time to 2004,when all the abductees, all 4400 of them, are returned all at once in Seattle. They are soon carted off to a quarantine area controlled by a government organisation called NTAC, where we are introduced to a couple of the 4400s (one of which is the son of an NTAC agent) who will appear in almost every episode of this, and the next two seasons.
The Pilot carries on to show what happens after ... Read More:

This is one of these rare film about chess, for some a sport, for some others a game, for a few, a work, or his entire life. The story is about a little child from USA about seven years old with exceptional talent for playing chess. A chess teacher thinks he has the ability that had in his time Bobby Fischer, the legendary American champion which defeated Russia in his own game.
The film deals with this theme with talent and delicately, as chess is I think, difficult to translate to cinema, but furthermore there are another problems, as how a practice so absorbent has to influence on the psychological equilibrium of a boy so young, as competitive high level chess demands not only intelligence, but the will to win with enormous patience and tenacity a child it's no normal ... Mulholland Drive is a classic. Weird, brilliant and confusing. Lost Highway could be good, but it just doesnt work because it makes no sense at all. Eraserhead is the worst film I have ever had the misfortune of sitting down to watch. Just buy Mulholland Drive and forget Eraserhead even exists. I wish it didnt.

I had the misfortune to see this awful film in the cinema. If you enjoyed Four Weddings and the one with Julia Roberts, then avoid this tripe. It is mindless, twee nonsense. One star because I can't give zero.

This wonderful Joint by Spike Lee, has a feel of the film City Of God. I tells the tale of 3 different people, with 3 different lives. All trying to survive in the "Sucker Free."
The acting is well formed and three dimentional with stunning cinematography and unique, in the way only greats like Spike and Scorscee tell stories.
It catches you by suprise at points and expresses great insight and realism without stereotyping the ethnic groups of the film..
