I watched this with my girlfriend and she (like a lot of women I hear) was in floods of tears.

Call me a "typical bloke" if you will, but I was not emotionally drawn into it. I didn't see any chemistry between Swank and Butlers characters so never really bought their relationship. I thought Swanks character had better chemistry with that of Connick Jrs.

Anyhow, it's an ok film with some funny moments - had the casting been a bit better I too may have had a tear in my eye

Friends: Complete Series 1 - 10 (30 Disc Box Set) [1995]

I got mine at a very brilliant £84 something (Inc P&P). And as the person below says you have got to get the timing right. At first i thought is was too good to be true but it's still sealed and evrything's in good order. I would highly recomment this to any hardcore fan! Although ashame as most people said that there's no bonus footage but that didn't put me off and i am really happy to of made my purchase! Best £85 spent in my whole life!

3 stars for packaging not the show (5 stars), the disks are double sided with no labels so very confusing and easily put in wrong order apart from one random disk which is sigle sided and has label, my box arrived with one of the cardboard steps in the box ripped and collapsed and one of the disks lying in the box not in the cover, i doubt this is amazon's fault more like the shoddy packaging. saves space but but poor quality, content as show is great though althouhg could have been more extras.

I collect this series, and due to space limitations I want the NEWEST box set consisting of TWO SLIM cases containing FOUR DVDs, including one DVD with EXTRA MATERIAL. This reduces the required shelf space to a staggering 1/3!!! as compared to the original edition. The product AMAZON offers as NEW EDITION is an old product from 2002 or earlier containing THREE SLIM cases, one for each of the ordinary DVDs, and the BOX set is therefore 50% thicker. I bought series 1 and 2 in a local store, but series 3 from AMAZON. However, at arrival I was disappointed discovering the Season 3 box set wasn't what I expected! You can't tell the difference between these boxes by looking at the picture, because the box front design, as far as I can tell, is identical!!! ... Read More:

This series of Friends is probably my favourite....Because you get to know all the characters individually, you then get to see in time them develop as a group and as couples. This reflects on a lot of real life situations.

As a DVD I was impressed, you do not end up with 8 dvds with 4 episodes on a disk, instead they are double, in a very thin easy to store case. When it comes to the extras, This dvd is a NEW DESIGN, ALL series were previously released with extra scenes, and a lot of extra footage..how do i know this? I have them ;) they re-released due to the fact the extras were limited time only in the exact packaging, but with extra footage. This probably my second faviroute series (after series 3 only) as it contains a mixture of all the charecters rather than just 1 or 2 (ie: series 7 is basicly made up of noone but Monica and Chandler. It contains some of my my faviroute episodes such as TOW Rachels sister which is really funny. A must have for all Friends addicts like me!

There are funnier things than Friends on television, but nothing as long-lasting and consistently funny. In Season 8, the acting and directing (as well as visual quality) have improved from the early series, whilst it has lost none of its inventiveness and sparkle.
The season kicks off right after Monica & Chandler's "I do" and with the finding that Rachel is with child. Her pregnancy comes up in all 24 episodes. From the identity of the father ("Oh no- don't tell me it's her!"), to the possibility of marriage ("What, because that's your answer to everything?") and breaking the news to the parents (I particularly loved Rach explaining to her father why Ross won't marry her: "He says I'm damaged goods"). I am a great fan of Friends and although this isn't the best season out of the ten the mayhem and jokes are excellent and still intelligent and witty. The first episode (The One With The Jellyfish) begins with a recap of what happened at the end of series 3 with Ross dating a bald woman but falling in love with Rachel at the same time, leaving him stuck between whether to choose Rachel or his bald lover. Also, Phoebe finds out that her real mother is actually still alive but Phoebe wants nothing to do with her.
The episodes in Season 4 are as follows:

I really loved this boxset and it really is a brilliant end to the show !
Matt Le Blanc has got to be the best actor ever! all in all i abosoloubtly loved it ! I would buy this or the whole boxset for anyone for any occasion ! BRILLIANT ! =D
