I know that reviews are subjective and I was only inspired to write this one to balance the scales. The review from the person who didn't like this so much is their fair opinion.I am not here to knock their right to such an opinion.
But, I think that this is a normal, entertaining episode of Doc Martin with all the usual skill and quality that we have seen in each series. With a little extra. Fantastic guest cast. Quality acting as per usual from the regulars. I must add that I was pleased to see Chris O'Dowd doing his Manic turn.Kenneth Cranham is one of the best character actors around, playing Caroline Catz's Dad.
The film was well paced and the laughs came when needed. Understated and even though I knew what was coming, it still ... Read More:

The story of Lorna Doone - of love between a man and woman on opposite sides of warring factions - has been filmed many times but this BBC adaptation has an eye-watering cast of TV and film favourites and stunning production values.
Told in two 75 minute parts, we see John Ridd (the Heath Ledger-ish Richard Coyle) set his sights on the Grand-daughter of the outlaw Doone family, played by Amelia Warner. Set at the end of the reign of Charles the 2nd, this drama has romance, action and plenty of twists and turns and with a PG rating is suitable for the whole family.
Amongst those familiar faces are Jack Shepherd (Golden Compass, Wycliffe),Barbara Flynn (When The Boat Comes In), Michael Kitchen and Honeysuckle Weeks (Foyles War), ... Read More:

For 1,5 year now we have this dvd and still isn't boring at all.Not for my 3,5 year old or for us.I love the voices!!What a gift to be able to tell a story with just enough words and drawings.Story's with humor and tenderness.
Very practical because there many short story's so you can decide how long your child can watch.

When a film gets this many stars from this many people there is little to add. This is a wonderful British comedy which stands up to repeat viewing. I tend to watch it when I'm in need of cheering up and it never fails to do that. It encompasses all that is good and weird about village life and the lengths that people will go to help eachother. You may not choose to use your greenhouse to pay off your debts but you'll certainly enjoy watching this crop grow.

Writing a play is a tiresome burden when you don't have the faintest idea what it is going to be about but you need to hand it over real soon. Fortunately, Will Shakespeare finds his muse and the authors of the screenplay also had at least a brief encounter with theirs.
Basically a romantic comedy SIL offers much more that the standard "boy meets girl, boy loses girl" scenario - they present it in a fantastically well rendered setting taking as much as they could from the Swan of the Avon.
A perfect way to spend an afternoon - you get your share of romance, adventure, and literary history (the latter should not be taken at face value, however). Do you need more?

This is a brillant dvd boxset all series are entertaining perhaps the first isnt that funny, but it is still very watchable and rewatchable
I love men behavining badly , its the sorta thing i watch when i have had a good or even bad night out , just to chill with and fall asleep.
Its a cheerfull and very funny comedy without much at all wrong with it , infact i cant think of much negative to say about it.
the only bad thing is perhaps the lack of specel features , theres only a little bit of extra footage of screwed up shots ect , boring lol
all in all
A GREAT DVD BOX SET TO ADD TO YOUR COLLECTION

The entire DVD is interactive which maximises it's usability. Quizzes allow you to test your knowledge on each episode, and with each quiz answered correctly you get to see clips of them all making a mess of their scripts. The episodes start from when Gary and Tony meet, to when Gary gets locked in a lift with Debra. Funny from start to finish and is an absolute classic. An essential buy for any Men Behaving Badly fan!
