. Natalie Cassidy's Then And Now Workout [2007]starring: Natalie Cassidy December 26, 2007 I was very impressed by Natalie toning up, which is why I bought this DVD. The workout really does make you sweat :) However like some peoples reviews I found some of Dee's workout hard to pick up at first, and found myself having to pause the DVD on several occasions. I found the crunch hard, partly as Im so unfit after having a 2nd baby, so hoping that will get easier. Anyway Im going to try Davinas also to get a comparison. Good Luck! |
