Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan (When Harry met Sally), in their first collaboration, are perfect in their respective role, especially Ryan who is very funny, where as Hanks takes the more serious roles, which he is always perfect at.

As good as the first 2 series.I enjoyed it more after repeated viewings and it grew on me as i missed some of the jokes 1st time around.
I think American Dad is a bit cleverer than Family Guy and obviously more political but Family Guy is still the best IMO.
The Magnificent Steven is my favourite episode and i would have given this dvd 4 1/2* and not 5* if i could but wanted to boost the overall rating.

This 1993 comedy drama from director Harold Ramis tells the story of a man who is lost in time, and in himself and is the perfect example of why Bill Murray is recognized as one of the finest comedy actors in modern cinema.

Murray's portrayal of weatherman Phil Connors makes this film funny, with superb sarcasm to the witty weatherman and plenty of fantastic facial expressions to make Murray an absolute delight to watch in one of his most established roles to date.

This is my absolute favourite of all 6 seasons, though I wish there was a 4 and a half star rating, as this season is soooo short, 8 episodes if I remember rightly (maybe 10) compared to the tohers which generally have 18 or 20.

Obviously you should watch them all as Sex and the City really is best enjoyed from start to finish, but this series is a real gem :)

This probably my second faviroute series (after series 3 only) as it contains a mixture of all the charecters rather than just 1 or 2 (ie: series 7 is basicly made up of noone but Monica and Chandler. It contains some of my my faviroute episodes such as TOW Rachels sister which is really funny. A must have for all Friends addicts like me!

Having seen this several times, I still can't decide if the writers were afraid to offend people by telling us what they stand for, or if they genuinely have no political beliefs worth mentioning. The satire of US foreign policy is hugely funny, but the rather weak lampooning of politically-engaged actors seems pointless. Making Matt Damon to be some kind of limp, stupid weakling has dated the movie as being pre-Bourne series.

Would they prefer it if successful actors just took their inflated salaries and spent them on big cars, whilst paying no attention to the rest of the world? C'mon, at least give them a break for trying. I bet Tim Robbins understands more about the world outside the USA than his President does.

Mannequin is a fresh feel good romantic comedy which brings together Andrew Mc Carthy (Jonathan) with his boyish
looks and a young Kim Cattrall (sex and the City) in a well matched romantic tale of a mannequin(Cattrall) that comes to life in a department store where Jonathan window dresses to compete with a neighbouring store whose staff would do anything to sabotage Jonathan's efforts...among these is a young James Spader acting as the infamous baddie and a spy....Needless to say there are much mischief that both parties get into in this delightful tale enhanced by a colourful character and supporting actor who almost steals the show by the name of Hollywood...look out for him (I think) and a fabulous musical track of the time....simplistic but very effective not to many ... Shirley valentine is a great film in which a married woman, who has children living away from home becomes involved in a life alone and bored at home as a house wife. Her husband wrapped up in his own world of going to work, coming home and waiting for his tea. Shirley goes back to remembering the good old days her and husband use to have and now this alone dose not keep her from searching for something more happier and exciting. So this takes on a jourany were shirley goes to greece to find her old self and her once youth. This film really makes you feel for shirley but also its true meaning that you dont have to travel to get back your happines. A delightfull film that wil leave you in tears of sadness and tears of happiness as shirley and joe begin their jourany.
