Brought this DVD several weeks ago. It is quite hard but found if you stick at it, you really notice the improvement. I love the fact it is in segments and as such you can alternate (so as not to get bored) or if you are running short of time you don't have to do the whole DVD. However, please note, if you haven't done pilates before this would not be the DVD to start with! I will be looking to purchase others in this series so I can mix it up a bit.

Only see this film if you are a pseud and/or you like being duped. I'd compare it to No Country for Old Men in its contempt for the intelligent viewer, and targetting of second-rate minds. But to be entirely fair, Christian Bale is very skinny in it.

Scrubs : Complete Season 6 [2007]

So far it is the weakest season of Scrubs, I personally maintain that Scrubs was at it's funniest season 2 and season 5 probably with 4 shortly after. But here the writing got sloppy and the actors do begin to try to compensate, it doesn't work. Again though, as many others say there are enough funny moments to make this a worthwhile purchase, and I'm a huge Scrubs fan so will probbaly never stop watching it. On the bright side, Season 7 (as short as it was through the writers strike) is much much better, which gives me hope for Season 8, (not sure about 9, would the show be the same with the actors playing J.D. and Carla leaving?)

The fourth season of Beverly Hills 90210 is by far the best of all. High school is over and the characters head to college where life gets even more complicated. Brandon begins an affair with his professor's wife, but ends the season with someone surprising. Brenda nearly gets married in Las Vegas in one of the funnier episodes, but ends the season with the only person she could end up with. Kelly and Dylan's relationship goes round in circles as she can't help but feel jealous over his friendship with Brenda. Andrea gets married and has a baby (shocking I know). Steve fights for membership in the college fraternity and gets involved with a psychotic girl. David's all night shifts at the campus radio gets him involved with drugs, and Donna's determination ... Yogalates For Weight Loss

This is my second Yogalates dvd and it is definitely completely different from the other one I have (ultimate Yogalates) but I enjoy it just as much!

I love Louise's voice and find it relaxing. I also love the fact it has the added little 10 minutes Abs section for when you want to do a little bit more after your work out. (but make sure you stretch out after cus otherwise you are going to feel it the next day!!!)

The thing about Yogalates is that you can make it as hard as you want to make it by how deeply you breathe, if you are really breathing deep you can really feel it in your stomach. At first the first work out seemed easy to me until i started to breathe deeper in this section and then you can really feel it again.

I am a qualified fitness instructor and I purchased this DVD to get some new ideas for choreography and routines rather than for general fitness purposes.Overall I think this is quite a poor dvd to release to the general public.There are barely any safety tips throughout the routine and there is no sequence to most of the routine.The instructor doesn't queue in or countdown any moves,she just launches from one to another.There are no low impact moves demonstrated either.The music is quite good and whereas the choreography is basic it is badly put together.

If you like sentimental trash and really bad acting then go ahead, buy this series. If not, buy Firefly, the lost room, heroes, the telletubbies go down south and get trashed... cause really, anything has to be better than this.

The only upside is the fact there are good looking people in it so you get to ogle.

Here we go again. It's the whole dvd situation again. You buy a film in good faith, only for them to replace it a few months later. It's pathetic that this film doesn't have either of the high def sound formats DTS MA or DD True HD. It's the reason I tend to rent Blu-Ray discs rather than buy at the moment. Great film though. 4 stars is for the film, 3 stars for the disc itself.
