If you are like in wanting to keep a record of all significant strikes in a major tournament, don't get your hopes up too high with this DVD.
It captures every goal from open play, but no penalty shootouts which is disappointing. I guess that means more money for the company by making a separate DVD for highlights. Remember, sendings off are a significant part of summarizing a tournament and of course no one will remember that Italy beat France 2-0 because they had a man advantage.
Not the worst international tournament video review I've ever seen (that honor goes to the Euro 2000 All the Goals). But as an expatriate of Europe struggling to keep alive my passion for football and having followed every tournament since ... Read More:

I bought this boxset last year and have watched it throughly and watched a few DVDs a couple of times to try and get ideas for my own game. David Leadbetter is the best Coach in Golf and has coached many Major Winning Tour Professionals. This 8 DVD set covers every aspect of Golf and in some of the DVDs material is re-told or repeated.
My favourite DVD is this series is the 'Taking it to the Course' one where David accompanies an Amatuer Golfer and watches him playing holes then gives him tips on what shots he should hit and where he should play balls. Basically its a course management DVD and it does prove handy to golfers and high handicap golfers should probably view it to see what they should be thinking when they are on the tee ... Read More:

If you like "A Question of Sport", and don't mind the absence of the captains, then this is a very good title.
It has all the rounds that make this show long running (except the Buzzer round). It even has the "1 minute round", although in a different format.
The only problem for me is that it is multiple-choice, often with just 3 choices (but sometimes with 4), so that you can guess and have a moderate chance of getting it right without any knowledge. I would have preferred there to have been many more choices, or maybe (for example, in the Identify the Person rounds) you should have to say what sport they play, and then their name.
However, overall, a very good title, and well worth it - but only if you like ... Read More:

First of all I would like to get the matter of the title out of the way. This by far is not the definitve collection of matches, interviews and promos from The Nature Boy's career. The WWE have come up with the wrong title. By using this title they have set the bar far too high, I mean how can you produce a DVD set that shows the absolute best from a 36 year wrestling career that included 16 World titles as well as other singles titles and tag team titles? However, with the matter of the title set aside this is still an excellent DVD set.
Thankfully the WWE have used the format that I think works best for their DVD sets. The first disc has a documentary which chronicles Naitch's early life and his career in wreslting. There are many insights ... Read More:

To use rugby parlance, this compilation has far too much recycled ball.Spread across 3 DVDs there is an awful lot of duplicated material. The claim is for 270 minutes of highlights on these DVDs I would say almost half is repeated at different points which seems a bit naughty given that there must be a huge wealth of material to choose from.Sure it's great to see France v New Zealand '99 Semi Final but when the same highlights crop up on all 3 discs you feel a bit cheated.Personally I feel that you only really get about one DVDs worth of material here and it seems a lot to spend about £25 on.ITV should take a leaf out of the team that produces the Lion's tour DVDs as these present far better value for money.

A wonderful dvd. As a Man Utd fan, I'd heard about George Best but never seen any footage of him playing. All I knew was the world of Giggs, Ronaldo and so on. I'm really glad I ordered this because now I know what all the fuss was about. What a genius!
