It takes a bit of cheek to charge even three quid for this. Using it to connect my PC to my LCD monitor produces a picture with the worst ghosting I've ever seen. Jiggling the cable about, switching off nearby appliances, offering sacrifices to Greek gods, none help.

The trouble is, every cable on the market seems to have at least one bad review attached to it, so it's hard to know which to buy. Whatever the answer, it isn't this.

Works exactly the same as the cable that came with my projector. No noticeable quality reduction.

i recently shopped around for a cable that i could hook my pc up to my new LCD television. I first chose a cheap one which made me want to cry at how bad it was, but then i went for this one. Belkin are yet to let me down and are a respectable brand. My screen is perfect, i can see everything clearly and smooth! my computer is right next to the television but as the wire is so long you could have it on the other side of the room if you wish (if the room is 3m wide). Been using for 2 weeks now with no problems, would recommend to anybody who is looking for the same thing i was.

The product let me share my xbox and pc on one monitor which was excellent but sadly there was ghosting present when trying to use it which reduces the quality of the image quite substantially. If you can get over this problem then it will suit your purposes perfectly.

There's no point in getting a single-link cable like this one, since dual-link (DVI-D to DVI-D) cables are fully compatible, and no more expensive. That way you know that you'll be able to use dual-link devices in future with the same cable.

bought this product on the 22nd n arrived on the 24th via Royal Mail!

picture is very clear however there is a slight blur round the windows n text!

other than the above issue, absolutely superb quality n purchase!

It's a cable, it works.

You could pay a lot more. You'd get another cable that works (presumably), and you'd have paid more for it.

With delivery being free on this (if you're buying something else, that takes the total over £15), it's definitely a bargain, in my humble opinion.

be warned this doesnt connect dvd/vcr players to your computer screen, you need to get a ((Gadmei TV5830 XGA/VGA LCD TV BOX With Build In FM + Play Video Games On Crt & TFT Monitors)on amazon)or other types to make that work

Firstly thanks to another Amazon reviewer ("a software user") who pointed out the need to ensure you are aware of the differences in digital video connections i.e. the different ports on your PC / Graphics card. I would like to 2nd this and encourage all to know what they need as I recently bought a Samsung SyncMaster940BW 19 inch Widescreen LCD (not bought from Amazon, although I would give this monitor 95% a good quality unit / image) and Samsung supplied a DVI-I cable, which when connected to my NVIDIA graphics card gave an error; it needed the DVI-D Belkin cable that I had bought from Amazon.

I always buy Belkin cables as my employer uses them and personally they are a quality manufacturer who you can rely on to deliver good ... Read More:
