this item was on offer when i got it as a deal of the week, but the quality is sooooo good that i would have paid much more. the middle button can be use as a power button andd volume control and the remote works well, personally i prefer the remotes with "menu" and "select" and "up" and "down" so i can navigate through the ipod.
The speakers come with loads of moulded supports for the dock and you can get one to fit any ipod, when you bought your ipod you should have got one anyway with it.

I purchased these speakers for travelling, but they are really too big to put in my case. However, the sound is very good, it has these sensative volume controls, which are OK I suppose, Because it's really meant for an ipod (it has a docking station), it also has a cable running from the rear to connect to any MP3,but it is very short.
I am sure I will find some use for it around the house. It looks good, and appears to be well made.

Absolutely perfect in every way ! Beautiful looks, neat, compact and the sound is incredible. I have a few different sound docks and in my eyes/ears....it beats my bose sounddock in every way. No music distortion, no computerised music alterations, just plays it how its meant to. More powerful bass and just a delight for the ears.....VERY impressed, these guys knew what they were doing creating this and at such a realistic price. Get yourself one if you haven't already. Brill !!! :-)

I bought a set of these having seen the reviews they've been getting both here and in What HiFi. The price has really dropped since the PureFi replacement product has gone on the market, so I figured I had nothing to lose.
The build quality is excellent, my ipod (an 80gig video classic) fits well (as does my wife's nano), and the sound quality is impressive for such a small, cheap set of speakers. A friend has the £250 Bose system and the difference in quality is much smaller than you'd expect for a £200 difference in price!
The remote control is small and simple but looks good and works well, although being shiny and black I know it won't be long before it picks up a couple of marks. The carry case fits well, although you can't fit the mains ... Read More:

I already have a pair of iLogic3 speakers for my iPod that I was so impressed with it and decided, unless I am willing to spend more than £200 pounds, I will not look at any other brand. True enough, this model of iStation did not disappoint me.

I read a lot of reviews before buying both on the product and merchants. Two things I would say, this model has one trick... adjust the alarm volume as you will have a shock of your life in the morning if you don't (some tips I got from one of the reviews - thanks!) and buy from Amazon (and not from its merchants - you will know this when you choose the product to buy). First, I have to say that this is excellent value for money. Easily set up. Easy to control via the remote, and good sound quality. Would recommend to a friend.

I was given these speakers as a present well over a year ago and thought they were brilliant. Have taken them on holiday etc, easy to pack, travelled well. I agree with other reviewers that the button to change sounds really does not seem to make any difference at all. If listening to the system on a low sound level definatley get a buzzing in background which can be abit annoying if trying to drift off to sleep. Having said all that they have been great speakers but unfortunately last week they decided to cut out altogether after approx 30seconds playtime and don't come back on unless I hit a button, then back to life they come for another 30 secs and so on and so on. Do not hesitate to buy this.Bought this for my 18 year old daughter to use with her 8 gig Nano and as soon as we cranked it up the sound from this little beauty was amazing and could handle any type of music thrown at it.I was more than impressed and would recommend it without hesitation.Buy it.Also has a great sub woofer which adds so much to the sound.Great.

Just received this morning from Amazon and I am amazed at this little box. I bought this just to have background music from my Ipod whilst working around the house without the problem of continuously having to change CDs.
The box was unpacked and the unit set up within a couple of minutes, plugged in the Ipod and wow! the sound is terrific and it goes quite loud for such a small box. Great looking now it is settled under the TV with all the other kit. Highly recommendable - get one.

I JUST took mine back to the retailer as well. The background interference was way to much for me too!! Loved the product, but couldn't live with the background interference. As soon as the music stops, there is this high pitch buzzing sound that irritated the crap out of me. Tried it all over the house, same problem and tried it at the store when I returned it, same problem. So we tried the demo one, and the same problem.

It sounds ok in the store as there is a lot of other noises, but put your ear to it and you'll hear it. It's a pitch that really travels in a quiet environment.
It does look sleek and robust though, it was exactly what I was looking for, so it's a shame about the extra sound... If they can fix it, it would be an awesome product for a decent ... Read More:
