. AEI DigiEye Remote Control Extenderfrom: AEI This product kind of does what it says on the tin. It works for both Sky+ and BT Vision (the latter is not listed in the product description but it does work). The problem I have is that the Magic eye (the thing that generates the infra-red signal that the boxes actually get controlled by) does not work very well. Maybe the one I have is faulty, I am sure that this cannot be by design, but it needs to be basically sitting right in front (2 inches away) from the remote recevier of the box you want to control. This means that you cannot use it to control different pieces of equipment at the same time. |

. AEI DG420 DigiSender Control Zentrumfrom: AEI Security & Communications Ltd July 01, 2005 I've bought one of these in the last six months and the picture quality is brilliant! The only time we've had problems with this in our conservatory is when the microwave is on! Yes that's right.. it interfere's in the signal being sent and mashes it. Otherwise we've set up the digisender in the bedroom above the garage. The receiver is set up in the conservatory quite a distance away and the signal is great. Easy to set up and manage.. the sky remote works perfectly and it looks pretty cool too. |
