This is an excellent gadget - a masterpiece of engineering. Plays MP3, pictures AND plays/records Video - what more do you want! At £110 it is a fantastic bargain - buy it - you won't regret it!

Comes complete with lots of included "extras" - lithium/ion battery, power supply/charger, headphones, SCART adapter, AV lead, USB lead, software, and a particularly nice case with opening on right hand side so the controls can still be used.

It comes with a 256Mb MMC card and although the manual says max 512Mb, as others have said, it will also take a 1Gb SD card (I bought the Viking for £20).

I bought this hoping that I would be able to copy all my daughter's videos and dvds so that we could take them on holiday and keep her occupied on days when we are travelling or hanging around.

However, I am disappointed that I cannot copy bought DVDs as they are protected, despite an earlier reviewer saying that the device ignores this aspect.

The only way I seem to be able to copy these is to make a VHS copy first and then copy the VHS which is both time-consuming and also obviously not as good quality.

I have tried copying using the file transfer device via the computer but this didn't work either.

I would be grateful to hear if anyone has any suggestions.

Bad Points:
1) Right out of the box it booted so many times every day I lost count and hasn't stopped since.
2) It randomly loses sound or signal on all channels and must be turned off by the button on the machine then on again before it will work.
3) Sometimes it will suddenly give out a very loud static hiss that won't stop until you turn it off at the button on the machine then on again.
4) Our Matsui tv remote is also able to interfere with it so we must carefully aim the tv remote above the digital recorder or it will mess up recording/playback etc.
5) When pressing buttons on the digital recorder remote it will do the action of the button pressed previously a few times before it will do the action it's supposed to be doing. For ... Read More:

Goodmans GNAV10 Satellite Navigation System

paid 225 for it 18 mths ago and Ive been very disappointed. The software is slow, display is rubbish, weak signal compared to other sat navs. Poor quality holder and charger. update software crap. I have since replaced it for a tomtom and its much easier to use, quicker and makes the gnav 10 seem even worse

We have had this item for 6 months and have no instructions. It works fine as a player but we have not been able to record anything. Could someone please help
