SANDISK 2GB ULTRA II SD CARD

Used this card in my Treo with TomTom Navigator 6. The card died on me while I was on the motorway. Had to take the next exit and find a place to stop and consult my atlas to continue my journey.
Back home, I tried everything to get this card working again. Tried to format it but it isn't even recognised any more.
That's my second SanDisk SD card to suddenly give up the ghost and I'm not going to buy a third. These cards are way too unreliable!!!

CRUZER MICRO U3 4GB READYBOOST

The Good : Product is very stylish and has the U3 security feature on it so you can set a password to block unauthorised access to your files. The U3 systmen also allows you to put on other products such as games which you can download from the website once you have installed the U3 utility.

The Bad : The plastic doesn't feel strong enough and i think the usb drive could get damaged if it falls out of my pocket. Also the U3 security feature only works for Windows. I wanted to use it for college but they use Mac's so i can't use it with the security feature on as this stops the usb drive from coming up on the computer. You may need a 'micromate USB sdhc adapter', or equivalent generic adapter, if you want to transfer to and from a PC and the memory at high speed (I get around 4Mbps writing and around 10Mbps reading sustained speeds with a generic SDHC compatible USB adapter).

Many SD card readers, even the USB 2.0 ones I have that are less than a year old, do not support SDHC.

The SD card adapter supplied is only a physical form factor adapter it has no electronic communications adaptation capability.

Without a 'micromate' USB adapter, or equivalent, expect problems of locking up explorer and an unrecognised card in MS Windows computer-browser when the SDHC-card in the supplied SD-form-factor adapter is inserted into an ... Read More:

I've read some complaints about p/p charges??I've just bought two SD cards for £2 each p/p was £4 for the both of them even though they went through my letterbox they are an absolute BARGAIN for a total of £8 for two delivered to your door.My local morrisons were wanting £14.99 for just one,now that is a rippoff

Has been completely problem free to use. Downloads music and playlists effortlessly. Recognised instantly by Windows (Vista). The player itself is nice and small, sound quality is great, its intuitive to use. Battery life seems good to me (though I don't exactly keep a stopwatch on it!). All told I am very happy with my purchase. The only flaws are the annoyance of having to charge up the device via your PC's usb port (its doesn't come with a mains charger included) and the charging seems to take forever. Also, the belt clip doesn't seem the most sturdy...its easy to accidentally unclip from the main body of the device.

SanDisk Cruzer Micro 8GB

This is a great memory stick.

When I opened mine I was surprised how small it was and yet it felt quite solid. It's sheathed in clear plastic as a protective cover which can be slid off to reveal the device's very tiny size - is there really 8gb in there?!?!?! Fanatastic!

I thought at first glance 'Oh, it would have been nice to have had some kind of LED activity indicator' and went ahead and plugged it into my machine. Lo and behold the keyring loop area of the device lit-up! Nice. The unit flashes red to indicate activity and gently brightens and dims to indicate no data being transfered. It might annoy some people after a while I guess but I thought it was a cool touch. See how I feel after a few hours.

SANDISK MICRO SD 1GB CARD

Just recieved it today and have already used it successfully. It is definitely faster to download files onto it than the USB cable that comes with phones. Works well with my Nokia6120 classic. Aso got a 2 GB and works fine as well.

Genuine Sandisk 4gb Memory Stick Micro M2 card in retail packaging

Well I nearly bought an 4Gb MP3 player for £40 then found this for £14..
Stuck it in my phone, and hey presto !
I've got 15 albums on my phone in high quality Mp3 format and still have 2Gb of space left.
This card is a bargain !
