Simply put, these are best headphones I've ever owned. Sound is clear, bass is deep, cable is long, they're comfortable, not too hot, etc etc.
However, piece of advice - they NOT suitable for mp3 players, especially ipod, because they need proper equipment with high output. For example, I am using them on my PC (Soundblaster) where I can adjust bass, treble and all kinds of stuff, whereas ipod simply can't do it and reproduces treble-heavy sound with no bass at all. In other words - this brilliant piece of equipment needs equally brilliant equipment to make the most out of it. When all is set & everything clicks - you just can't beat eH350.

I've used Sennheiser radio mics professionally for some time in my video business. They're superb and well priced. So are these excellent headphones. Lovely sound and you can hear ambient noise around you at the same time. Makes it safer out on the street.
But the best thing is the comfort and sound quality. For around £15. Bargain! And if you have ears like mine ordinary earplug headphones are uncomfortable and fall out frequently.
I like my Sennheisers. And I'm told, reliably, that they look cool, too!
This is the page for the HD25-1 MkII NOT the HD25SP's MkII as the previous reviewer mistakenly suggested - the SP's ARE the lower priced HD25's - it can be a little confusing!
I agree with the previous reviewer, these are very good headphones, with powerful bass and crisp trebles and they are reasonably portable. I think these were mainly designed to be DJ-ing monitor like headphones but they are an excellent choice for portable use too. For example, I use them with my MP3 player for my daily commute and the sound is wonderful - you'll need a decent player though with a good internal amp like the Cowon's Iaudio range as it takes a bit to drive the HD25's.
They also do a good job of blocking out external noise, you'll ... Read More:

I mainly bought these for use with my Sony Ericsson W810i Walkman Phone. The sound quality is good, and the volume control is essential for my purpose (Google "W810i hiss" to find out why). The main drawbacks for me are:
(a) The discomfort. It does get better after a while, but is never really comfortable.
(b) The little rubber bits have a tendency to fall out. Fortunately, the MX55VC comes with a few a spares.

I was thoroughly disappointed with these.
Firstly, they are not very loud. If you walk down a city street every day to get to work, as I have to, then chances are all you'll be able to hear is the traffic. And this is coming from someone who finds the volume in the cinema so loud it's unendurable.
Secondly: the bass is TERRIBLE. These earphones completely ruined my enjoyment of a favourite song (I Might Be Wrong by Radiohead) to the extent that I simply went back to my old clip-on Sonys - which are far superior.
And thirdly: they are rather uncomfortable and extremely fidgety to put on, what with all the twisting required to secure the pokey part into your ear. And if you're sat doing this on the train - like ... Read More:
