This is fantastic! I was new to this type of product, but found it really simple and easy to use. Brilliant! The compression function is great, and really extends the memory capability.

One little problem, if files are compressed some computers can't find them, some if you want to access them from different computers don't compress your files.

I wonder just how many sellers including Amazon may be breaking the trade description act with ads like this? Look at the item it is shown with a 16X SPEED RATING. The speed is very important to the buyer since not all computers can play and record using the 16X speed disc. But the specification shows 8X. (See Amazon's spec on same page) Customers who receive the 16X when they ordered the 8X will not be happy. All sellers of 8X blank DVD-R 4.7 PLEASE CHECK YOU ARE NOT GUILTY OF FAILING TO CHECK WHAT YOU ARE SELLING! AS FOR GETTING A SENSIBLE ANSWER FROM AMAZON? I WAS CERTAINLY FAR FROM AMUSED AT THE REPLY THEY SENT ME TODAY. I ASK THEM AGAIN PLEASE CHECK THIS PRODUCT AGAINST THE SPECIFICATION AND STOCK BEFORE ADVERTISING THE PRODUCT ON THE SITE!

These are simply brilliant! Had recently been having problems with datawrite and imation with so many coasters with these but when I tried the sony absolutely brilliant! High quality manufacture and results! Highly recommended!
