Having read many reviews before purchasing this microphone I have to say that the previous comments are totally accurate. I wanted a mike that I could use with my PC to dub over videos that I edit prior to burning to disc. Previous mikes have allowed the hum of the PC hard drive to be detected and this has been eradicated with the mike. Setting the control to 90deg allows me to have total control over the input with no outside nosie interference. I have also used this mike in a church wedding via my Camcorder where previously the dialog of a church service has been difficult due to high ceilings and lots of echo. Using a 10m extension cable with no loss of qaulity I am highly delighted with the results. I aslo think the price is excellent.

ok, this is not a top of the range earphone, but it does give a decent sound quality. it tends to look poorly built, but so far I have not had any problems with it.
it is not sound isolating, which is not very good, because when you are listening to music, you will still everything around you, unless you put it on full volume.
the volume control button seemed useless to me, and a bit annoying cause if your earphones are in your pocked or something, it might turns it down, so everytime you gotta check to see if it is on high.
Not bad for earphones, they do the job required, the sound quality is OK, but my old Philips did a lot better job, for almost the same price.
if you want very good earphones, invest a bit more and get ... Read More:

The MDR-XD200's cost me £20.00p and for the money you cannot complain too much. Yes, they are tinny as it states in one amazon comment, and they do lack bass, as in another. The EQ switch has no effect. Sadly though, there is nothing extraordinary here, hence little to excite the senses. I prefer far more bass but these are midrange with a poor base even when plugged into an amp. They are also uncomfortable. Sony could do better than this, meaning they could make them more comfortable and also add more bass. I would not purchase another pair. I would leave these alone and go for the Sennheiser HD465's as these are far superior in sound and comfort.

After trying to listen to podcasts/music on my iPod while travelling on the train I was getting annoyed with not being able to hear anything, yet the rest of my fellow passengers could hear everything.

So bought these in ear buds, and what a change!

1. I only have the volume on 10%.
2. I can hear everthing on the train, no background noise plus I don't distrub other people.

They are really comfortable, however bewarned you may not hear traffic when you are crossing the road.

Inexpensive, comfortable and better than iPod regular earphones!

After following my friends advice who had purchased these, i recently bought a pair of these headphones too. Although I have not used them much, I am very happy with them and find the fitting of them fine - i use them for freestyle kayaking and they are nice and snug and do not get knocked out the way. My friend has had them for over a month now and not had any problems with them what soever.

dont expect the sound quality to be awesome and like a standard pair of headphones - there is less bass and it sounds a little more distant. When the headphones are submerged however the sound quality improves.

my friend uses an h20 waterproof case with his ipod which he has found works well.

After reading many reviews I chose these headphones and I was very pleased. I have used them everyday for over a year, they simply get stuffed into my pocket when not in use. So they do take a bashing. The sound is very good quality and they are really good value for money. The volume slider on the cable is very handy too.

The cable is not too durable however, and I had to put a little tape around where it joins to the jack to stop it breaking. Just recently there are a few cracks and breaks in the sound - it seems to be wearing out.

But at this price I'd easily buy the same again. Buying a new set every year for such good quality is worth it.

I got these after having them reccomended to me by someone in the Apple store. They are bulky and the cable-wrapping-round-your-ear system drove me to distraction. The sound quality was incredibly poor - my old Sony Fontopias are far superior in every respect.

I have had 2 sets of these creative speakers which overall I think are great for the money. The sound is good both depth and loudness and they are super small size for travelling. BUT my only complaint is that both of my sets have blown their speakers (this second set after only 2 months). I do a lot of travelling and always have them wrapped in something soft, but both times the speakers have blown for no reason. (I do not play the music loud either as I am massage therapist!). They are fragile so watch out! Creative, if you read this - put a covering over them please!

Like a lot of people on here I looked at these headphones on and off for quite a while. Having read the reviews I thought they must be good so I brought a pair. I have used these headphones with a Cyrus 8x cd player and Cyrus 8vs2 Amplifier and Sonus Faber Signam speakers. I also have a fantastic Sony NW3000 mp3 player with Sony MDR EX90 in ear phones. The Sennheiser HD650 headphones are a little disapointing to me. Yes they are very detailed and smooth, but to me they lack attack and excitment, almost sleepy, the bass is detailed but lacks the ability to reproduce the very low frequencies with any real weight or feeling. Some people may say I need to use a headphone amp, but if Cyrus can't design an £1000 amp with a decent headphone amp inside, then I will ... Read More:
