I have owned this MP3 player for 8 months now. It is very easy to down load tracks, and very simple to use. There is no radio, as others have mentioned. It occasional freezes, but removing the battery sorts that out easily. The only problem I had is it refused to except any more the 500mb of tracks. In the end I had to download all the tracks back to my PC, then re-format the MP3 player, then reload the tracks. Now all is well, if you buy one format it first.

The headphone could do with being slightly longer as they have a string loop so you can wear it round your neck. The problem is the distance between the sring loop and the ear piece is not long enough so it keep pulling them out of your ears. Sound quality is not perfect, ... Read More:

I took some time to view different leather cases and ended up opting for this one due to it's very simple design as well as very clear access to the ports, headphone jack and buttons. It also allows the Archos to maintain it's good looks as if it did not have a case unlike other cases. I have also found that some cases that do have small holes for access to ports don't actually give full access. From experience this can lead to connections to cables becoming loose which is annoying. This case has 2 right angled aluminium pieces (covered with material) that hold the top and bottom of the Archos near the rocker switches.
