The ROKU Soundbridge M1000/M1001 are the big brother, but they shouldn't be more expensive! Big advantage of the ROKU's is that they do connect straight into your iTunes. No fiddling with Firefly etc.

Having owned one for a few weeks now, I feel obliged to add my own thoughts on this wonderful bit of hardware. Having pondered for a while over which PMP to buy (the choice being between the A3 or Archos' 605wi-fi) I finally took the plunge and opted for the Cowon. I arrived at my decision based on two things, firstly the reliability of the A3 and secondly the fact that it will play just about any file without wasting my time and effort converting stuff that already plays on my PC.
What I actually got was a lot more! The screen is bright, colours are great and the picture clairty is just breathtaking.
It's simplicity personified when it comes to loading files, just plug in the USB lead and drag and drop to your hearts content, create folders ... Read More:

This probably is the single worst product I have ever bought within last 10 years. I am so disappointed; I decided never to buy ANY Archos product ever.

To me, this product outruns any ipod or creative by a long shot. Plenty of hard-disc space means never ending video shoots, photos, songs etc. The video quality is not fantastic, but it is smooth, not jumpy, colours are bright, and quality does not diminish when blown up to computer screen size. Not a proffesional gadget, but perfect for private use.

One problem with it is that the very large very bright screen makes it quite power hungry, but it still lasts maybe 8 hours music, or 3.5/4 hours watching videos. Also it only comes with a USB charger which is slower than Id like (3 hours for a full charge from flat).

Unfortunately, when I had had mine for less than a week, my sister knocked it out of my hand, it flew up then bounced on a wooden floor. ... Read More:
