Was great for a while and then one day decided to stop picking up ANY BBC stations at all. The main reason I bought it was for Radio 5Live and Radio 5Live Sports Extra. So without being able to get any BBC stations the radio is basically useless to me

I think for the money, escpecially the Amazon price, this is very good value, general performance is good considering its size, but not suitable for beginers due to its querky control system. I found it quite painful to program and have now upgraded to a radio with direct frequency input, and I am now enjoying the experience much more. Great if size is very important, but NOT easy to use

I think for the money, escpecially the Amazon price, this is very good value, general performance is good considering its size, but not suitable for beginers due to its querky control system. I found it quite painful to program and have now upgraded to a radio with direct frequency input, and I am now enjoying the experience much more. Great if size is very important, but NOT easy to use

Whilst this clock radio is packed full of good features, there are two fundamental flaws. The first is that the lowest dimmer setting still emits far too much light - I read that another reviewer wrote you could read a newspaper with it and think s/he is absolutely right. The second problem is that it buzzes (note Karma Police by Radiohead). That's fine in the middle of the day but when you are trying to get to sleep.....No, you don't get used to it!

Apart from these two flaws the only other complaint I would have is the 80s style light effects - this takes me back to being 13 years old and being impressed at seeing graphic equalisers on Aiwa hifis...but it does give my 15month old son a lot of joy so I can quite happily live with ... I bought these walkie talkies and when i got them home they were only waterproof to 1m for upto 1 min, this is not to me waterproof! also when i used them i could not hear anyone for the raging waterfall that covered their voice, i could not hear the other person even with the walkie talkie on full volume.

In my opinion these were next to useless!!!

on a plus point they came with rechargable batteries and charger

I had a few issues with the little beast, most of which originated from an over-complicated manual and software with instructions (apparently) translated straight from Chinese into English. In other words: I don't understand a thing. The software is necessary if you intend to put videos on to the MP4 player, as any MP4 files are played in a rather uncommon format, AMV. However, when looking for a better manual on the internet, I found a free program from a different source that performs the same task (which I found easy to use). This has solved the problem.
My other problem has not been addressed, though: I made a nice audio mix on Windows Media Player and synchronised. Unfortunately, the player has sorted all tracks by file, and I simply can't ... Read More:
